How do I get all the Curves Complete details I could ever want?

Go to www.curvescommunity.com> click the Curves Complete header> click Implementation Guide & Sales Tools> click Curves Complete Implementation Guide> the Guide will open in another window. It is recommended to save this document to your Desktop (or another easy to find place on your computer) for quick reference! This document is updated when necessary.

How do I set an appointment for an existing member to talk about the Curves Complete Program and see the flip-book?

Simply schedule it as a Weigh & Measure in the OS Appointment Book. 

In the Last Name field of the W&M Appointment you can enter the last name (for example, “Jones”) as well as “–CC” to distinguish this from a regular weigh & measure

It will look like this on the appointment book- Mary Jones-CC.

Can a Curves Complete Member pre-pay her membership?

 

Yes.  On the Point of Sale screen the “Pre-pay Amount” button will appear allowing the member to pre-pay a partial or full amount of the Curves Complete program.

If auto-pay (draft) info is not entered for this member at the Point of Sale- then she will appear in the Due to Expire area 30 days prior to her date to automatically change to a Success Membership- you must add her billing information in order for her not to cancel.

Can a Success Member pre-pay her membership?

 

Yes and no.  A Success Membership (the membership that will automatically start as soon as the Curves Complete membership is completed) is an auto-pay (draft) member that does not have a contract.  To pre-pay a certain number of months you will do the same transaction as a “Draft Exchange”.

How do I add the Tools for Success Kit to the Curves Inventory in Club Setup?

No action is required.  The Tools for Success Kit is automatically loaded in the Curves Inventory area of Club Setup for certified Curves Complete clubs.

Can an Existing 12 Month Pre-pay convert to a Curves Complete 3 or 6 month member?

 

Yes. This is a 2 part process. First you will have to follow the instructions closely to refund and regenerate the 12 month pre-paid amount and then you will be able to convert the member to a Curves Complete membership.

Can an Existing Wellness Member have a Curves Complete membership too?

 

Yes.  Wellness Programs vary, the details should be verified for each program under the Wellness link on CurvesCommunity.com.

In OS you will convert the Wellness membership to a Curves Complete Membership with a Wellness Program attached. When this member ends her Curves Complete time period she will then have a Success Membership paying with a Wellness Program Provider Reimbursement.

How do I add a Wellness Program to an existing Curves Complete or Success Membership?

 

Once the member qualifies for the program you will go to their Member Information in the Members area of OS> from the Wellness Admin Task Menu click “Enroll in Program”> follow the wizard.

The member will continue to be a Curves Complete or Success Member with a Wellness Program attached.

How do I add a month (or two) to a Success Member or a member who previously participated in Curves Complete?

 

You will need to convert her membership to a Curves Complete- 6 month Membership Type (locking in the 6 month rate although she is only doing a month or two). Paying special attention to change the END DATE (manually changed to the required amount of time out).

When I entered the Curves Complete member in OS I did NOT setup Monthly Auto-Pay (draft) information.  How do I know which members still need the billing information setup?

Go to the Reports tab in OS. From the Members Reports Task Menu choose the Members by Draft Date and Members by Draft Day reports for a list of members that do not have billing information setup.

If auto-pay (draft) info is not entered for this member at the Point of Sale- then she will appear in the Due to Expire area 30 days prior to her date to automatically change to a Success Membership.

If no billing information is provided this member will automatically be cancelled at the end of the Curves Complete- 3 or 6 month program.

Can I cancel a Curves Complete member in OS?

 

No. See the Curves Complete Implementation Guide for more details. Once her 3 or 6 month commitment has past and she is a Success Member she can cancel at any time and retain access to the website for life.

Can I put a Curves Complete member on Medical Hold?

Possibly.  See the Curves Complete Implementation Guide for more details.

Will I be charged a website access fee when a current member that did the previous Curves Complete resumes coaching on the new program (Curves Complete)?

No. However, if this is a cancelled Curves member (although they completed the previous Curves Complete) if they decide to re-join Curves on the new Curves Complete program the website access fee will apply.

 

How do I use the One Month DONATION Gift Certificate for the Curves Complete program?

When the guest joins and redeems the One Month Donation Gift Certificate this will cover the cost of her first month in advance.  At the Point of Sale screen be sure to change the Monthly Fee Unit Price to 0 (zero). Set the auto-pay (draft) to begin one month from the join date.

Do Inactive Staff have lifetime access to Curves Complete?

 

No. Once her Staff membership is changed to Canceled she will no longer have access to the Curves Complete websites. Remember to not only make her inactive in the Staff Admin area, but to also cancel the staff membership in the Members Area!
